Massage types are varied...at Inner Circle of Light we incorporate Swedish, Remedial, Hot Stone and where appropriate Pregnancy Massage.
Like Massage Therapy, Sound Healing helps calm the nervous system and lower the level of stress hormone Cortisol. There by reducing stress, anxiety and promoting relaxation, enhanced immune response and better sleep quality. Oh yeah! In addition, Sound Healing helps to regulate emotions, improve mood, reduce mental noise, promotes mental clarity, focus & cognitive function. The Sound Vibrations can facilitate spiritual connection and assist the body process and release emotional trauma, promoting healing and inner peace.
During this session I connect with your energy & the wisdom of Source energy. We intuitively draw a selection of cards from multiple decks and we chat it all through. It can be quite a healing too! This is all done with good humour and a soothing organic cuppa. Yum.
